Recycling PLASTIC Keeps Waste Out of Landfills!

ReNewGuard Recycled PVC Cards follow the Federal Trade Commission’s Green Guides (first issued in 1992 and revised in 1996, 1998, and 2012). Content: 65% pre-consumer recycled content in core material & 35% virgin material in core stock. Finished card bodies are 50% pre-consumer recycled PVC content.

The pre-consumer recycled “core material” is made from discarded PVC materials that were diverted from the waste stream. The discarded PVC materials are ground-up and then go through the same process used to construct virgin PVC core/sheet material. In addition, NewGuard proudly uses a closed-loop recycling process to further reduce waste entering landfills.

Due to recycled material content, ReNewGuard Recycled cards may have a variance to the white color tone.  The color variance will not vary per production lot to lot and should not exceed one dyne. The color variance may occur due to the color of the PVC material that may be mixed in with the white material when recycled.
